Focus in Times of AI
Stay open to change, protect your own focus, and connect it wisely with your role or company.
Anna JelenGuidance for the capabilities that matter in this transformative era.
AI is the intelligence layer. We build the human layer on top: the level where people handle it wisely.
The real shit: experienced experts who build a tailored offering with you while you stay focused on your daily business.
Our experts, one layer: individually or in combination, always tailored to your organisation.
We are pro AI. We build with it, we use it every day. But we draw a clear line between hype and real value. That is exactly why we speak openly about what tends to get lost amid all the excitement.
A realistic stocktake.
An EEG study by the MIT Media Lab ("Your Brain on ChatGPT") shows how neural activity changes when we hand the writing over to AI. Not an argument against AI, but one for using it deliberately.
What AI is good at is the repetitive. What sets us humans apart is connection, the idea, the wandering mind, personal relationships and above all empathy. The study is a preprint with a small sample. Not proof, but a signal that hopefully invites reflection. Use AI on the side and you gain time. Use AI deliberately and you keep the understanding.
Dense connectivity across many brain regions. Attention, language and memory work together.
If AI delivers every answer, who still asks the right questions?
Whoever asks the right questions steers the AI, instead of being steered by it.
To the study: "Your Brain on ChatGPT", Kosmyna et al. ↗digihub.li builds with AI.
That is exactly why we know where humans remain irreplaceable.
We walk alongside you, listen, co-create, and act as your sparring partner at eye level: we stay on the pulse of the times for you, filter out the hype, and pass on to you and your team only what is truly relevant for your everyday work. Our goal is empowerment rather than dependency – AI should relieve, not replace.
Chocolate or vanilla? You decide in seconds. Now stand in front of twenty flavours: suddenly you no longer know what you want. Too much choice paralyses. That is exactly how AI feels to many people right now. You don't have to track a thousand tools and trends yourself: we stay on the pulse of the times and pass on – in our courses, retreats, company workshops, or ongoing sparring – only what truly moves you and your team forward.
We hear this question a lot. Our answer: YES, if you now build the capabilities that are decisive in this transformative era. That is exactly what we are here for.
Work on real cases from your everyday business, build confidence across the team, and show where AI concretely relieves the workload.

An AI invents nothing. In seconds it copies and combines what humans created before it. Let's be honest: having humans do that at this speed simply isn't possible.
Yet all these questions about the future share one thing: their answer is never technical. Asking the right questions. Daring something that doesn't exist yet. Thinking further on your own. Drawing boundaries where a machine knows none. Truly listening to one another and bearing that a real counterpart also reacts with emotions. Simply staying real and authentic. That can't be automated. And it never will be. The machine delivers the perfect copy. The original can only come from humans.
We are social beings. Real connection arises from reciprocity, not from validation at the push of a button. An AI comforts, but it is not a counterpart, and studies show: those who permanently replace closeness with it end up feeling lonelier. It's not about competing with the machine, but about expanding what it will never be: HUMAN. Our world has probably never needed more humanity than now.

Keynote speaker on the psychology of time and founder of The Time Expert™. Since 2011 she has inspired people worldwide to rethink their relationship with time: through talks, workshops and an international tour. Rather than time management, she speaks about what really shapes our time: attention, perception and the decisions we make every day. Her work combines psychology, philosophy and a refreshingly uncompromising honesty. She asks questions that are uncomfortable and, precisely for that reason, change lives.

Isa shows people what happens when they stop underestimating their own thinking. After nine years working for the intelligence service and many years of studying consciousness, science and ancient principles, she knows that the potential of the human mind is far greater than what we use in everyday life. Her work, in courses and workshops, combines insights from science and consciousness research with practical methods for everyday life.

Meets people in different roles: as a psychologist, psychotherapist, calligrapher and tech-enthusiastic IT enthusiast. Whether science, creativity or digitalisation: her work is based on analytical thinking, empirical evidence and high professional standards.
