Cookies and local storage
We do not use cookies or any tracking or analytics services. If you switch between light and dark mode, we store this setting locally in your browser (localStorage “thl-theme”). It is not transmitted to us and you can delete it at any time in your browser settings.
Hosting
This website is delivered via Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc., USA). In doing so, Cloudflare processes technically necessary connection data such as IP address, time, the page requested and browser information in order to provide the site securely and reliably (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare acts as a processor. Any transfer to the USA is based on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and, in addition, on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. Cloudflare stores this data only for as long as is necessary for operation and security.
Contact by email
If you email us (including via the enquiry configurator, which only prepares an email in your email program), we process your details in order to answer your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR) and delete them once they are no longer needed and no statutory retention obligations apply. Our emails are handled by Google Workspace (Google) as a processor. Any transfer to the USA is based on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and, in addition, on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Links to LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and other websites are plain links. Only when you click them do the privacy policies of the respective provider apply. Newsletter sign-up takes place on digihub.li; the digihub.li privacy policy applies there.
Your rights
You have the right at any time to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and to object to processing based on our legitimate interests. Email us to exercise these rights.

Provision of data and automated decisions
You are not obliged to provide us with any data; without your details, however, we cannot answer an enquiry. No automated decision-making, including profiling, takes place.
